2013 EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE RATES

Pre-Space Draw Rate:	$29.25 per square foot For contracts received on or before July 13, 2012
Post-Space Draw Rate:	$31.25 per square foot For contracts received after July 13, 2012

50% deposit for all 2013 Booth Space Application Contracts due by July 13, 2012 in order to participate in Space Draw.
100% deposit must be received by November 15, 2012. Credit Cards are now accepted for deposits and full payment of booth space, sponsorships and all CONNECT Online Sponsorships. Download Credit Card Authorization Form.

BOOTH ASSIGMNMENT

All contracts received after July 13, 2012 will receive the $31.25 rate and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

8’ high draped back wall and 3’ high draped side rails (for in-line and perimeter booths)

Company listing in the official Program and Event Guide and full profile on the on the event website. (Exhibitor responsible for entering/editing this information through their portal)

Exhibitor Registration will be available online through individual online exhibiting company portals. Information regarding badge allotment for your booth personnel will also be available, along with rosters of booth personnel who have been registered in previous JLC LIVE events.
