General & Onsite Information for JLC LIVE New England 2011

Below is an alphabetical list of the most frequently requested information leading up to and during the show:

ATM MACHINE    
ATM machines are located on both Level 1 and Level 3.

BADGE HOLDER PICK-UP STATION
A total of five Badge Holder Pick-Up Stations are located on Levels 1 and 3.

BADGE IDENTIFICATION
Please display your name badge and holder at all times for prompt admission to the exhibit hall or conference sessions. If you lose your badge, please go to Registration on Level 1. The color bar at the bottom of the holder designates your registration type. 2011 registration color designations are:

BOOKSTORE
Visit the bookstore for daily specials located across from the exhibit
hall entrance. The bookstore will be open:
Thursday, March 24...................................................... 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Friday, March 25............................................................ 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday, March 26....................................................... 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

BUSINESS CENTER
The Business Center is located on Level 3 directly across from Exhibit Hall
D. It provides complete office services including: copying, printing, faxing, scanning, supplies, and shipping via FedEx. Workstations with a full suite of applications and internet access are available. (Fees apply). 

CHILD POLICY
Children in strollers do not require badges. Children under 18 require a name badge, however, exhibit hall admission will be waived. (Please bring child's ID for age verification.) Due to space limitations, children without tickets will not be allowed in conference sessions. Children are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall during move-in or move-out.

COAT & TOOL CHECK
For $1, check your coat or tool purchase at a monitored counter. The Coat & Tool Check is on Level 3 to the left of the entrance to the Exhibit Hall.

Friday, March 25............................................................ 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday, March 26....................................................... 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
No luggage or laptops. The Rhode Island Convention Center and JLC LIVE
are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CONCESSIONS
Concessions A and C are available in the Exhibit Hall during Exhibit Hall hours and at the Metro and Terrace Cafe. The Metro Cafe is located on Level 4 and the Terrace Cafe is located on Level 3 outside the Exhibit Hall. (Free WiFi at Metro Cafe)

CONFERENCE HANDOUTS
Handouts are available for download from www.JLCLIVE.com - click on the 
Sign In button in the upper right corner, then enter your eCode. Printed copies
are NOT distributed onsite. Handouts will be available up to 4 weeks after the show ends.

 CONFERENCE INFORMATION DESK
Visit the conference information desk on Level 5 for assistance with questions about the conference program and show events.

CONFERENCE SESSION TICKETS
Tickets are required for all conference sessions and were issued with your name badge. Please have session tickets ready to hand to the room monitor upon entry to session room. If you made class changes or tickets are missing, please visit Registration on Level 1 for updated tickets.

hanleywoodCONNECT
hanleywoodCONNECT is an online service allowing you to find and communicate with JLC LIVE exhibitors before, during and after the show. It's ideal for researching new vendors, inquiring about their products, requesting an appointment and for following up after the show.

EXPO CARD
The Expo Card you received with your name badge is personal business card programmed with your name, address, phone, fax, email and other company information.  Present it to exhibitors to obtain more information about their products and services.  It is not a name badge and will not admit you into the Exhibit Hall.

FIRST AID
First aid is on Level 1 directly behind Registration.

LOST AND FOUND
Items found should be turned in to Registration on Level 1.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in or on facility premises.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs of display are permitted only with prior approval of the exhibiting company.

POST SHOW PRESS RELEASE
Post show press release with attendance figures will be available approximately two weeks after the close of the event.

2012 SALES BOOTH
Manufactuers or distributors who want to exhibit in the 2012 JLC LIVE New England event should visit the Sales Booth on premises. Located on Level 3 in the lobby, near the concessions.

STUDENT CENTER
The Student Center is a sponsored event specifically organized for student groups from vocational and technical schools in the region. It is located on Level 5 in Ballroom A and presentations take place on Friday, March 25.

UNAUTHORIZED SOLICITATIONS
Solicitation of businesses by unauthorized individuals who are not
official exhibitors is not in the best interest of JLC LIVE attendees or
exhibitors and is strictly prohibited. Please report any such occurrence
to Show Management immediately.
