About our Building Specialist:
Rick    Rick Arnold, Rick has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as a residential and light commercial contractor in New England. Rick has developed an expertise in remodeling, framing, ENERGY STAR® construction, concrete work and green building, becoming the recipient of the 2005 ENERGY STAR Homes Builder of the Year award.  Rick is a frequent writer for JLC magazine, a contributing editor for Fine Homebuilding magazine and is author of “Working with Concrete” and co-author of “Precision Framing.”  Rick is also a nationally known speaker and outside of JLC LIVE Rick is traveling to dozens of technical schools in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont training tomorrow’s builders.
